Venture Capitalism - Investor Contract
Here are the highlights of the contract each investor must sign before we will refer them to each possible investment opportunity:
- The investor is loaning money to the company raising capital.
- The agent is not involved in the loan.
- The agent, Brock Waterman, receives a commission for any deal facilitated between the investor and the company raising capital which is paid by that company raising capital.
- The agent may or may not be a shareholder in the company raising capital.
- The agent is NOT responsible for any loss, and does not profit from any gain on the investment. You take full responsibility for the investment decision.
- The agent has pointed out the risks to this investment, and stated that it may be possible to lose all or part of the investor’s investment. You have signed this document knowing that you need to do your own analysis & make a decision.
- All information shown to you (financial, management, etc) is from the company raising capital. Brock Waterman, takes no responsibility for inaccurate information, but has got a signature from the company to “certify all information (financial, future projections, & other) to be 100% accurate”.
