Venture Capitalism - Investment Company Contract
Here are the highlights of the contract each company we present as an investment must sign:
- Your company has contracted GeNext Software™ to investigate your business, finances & management to evaluate as a potential investment.
- We reserve the right at any point to decide against presenting your company as an option to investors.
- You personally certify all information (financial, future projections, & other) to be 100% accurate. You take 100% liability for any misleading information given to investors or GeNext Software™.
- GeNext Software™ is charging $50 per hour, which is charged in full hour increments.
- If per hour rate charged increases contract will be amendment with the new price and initials will be required from all parties.
- If you refer another company who needs capital & whom we do future business with, you receive 1 hour of work as appreciation (valued at $50).
- GeNext Software™ will be paid $200 as soon as this contract is signed, which is for the initial 4 hours of work which may or may not have been completed when the contract is signed.
- You agree to pay GeNext Software™ for every investor referred to your business at a rate of 5% of their initial investment amount.
- GeNext Software™ will be paid in full for all work done by the date requested on the invoice. GeNext Software™ will be paid the 5% commission within 1 month of receiving the investor investment.
