As a company raising funds to expand or start a business your first step is to contact us for an interview. GeNext Software™ has various contacts for investment capital & is continuously looking for new sources of capital. To consider your company we require to inspect your business plan & financial information, also we require a meeting with management. You need to know how much capital you require, possible investment options, investor return & investment risk level. We only work with forthright companies that have solid financial information, and a clear vision of their future. If after meeting with your company we feel it could be a good potential investment, we will work with you to develop an investor information packet. At this same time we will send the basic information to our prospective investor list to gauge investor interest. If our venture capital investors desire we will meet with them to review the information packet. If interested in your company we will then have them complete the investor disclosure & liability contract. After that we will setup a meeting between your company & the investor. The ultimate decision will be with the potential investor. We reserve the right to not raise capital for any company for any reason. Our loyalty is to the investors, as they are the ones putting their capital on the line.
Payment will be $50 per hour for all meetings, communications, packet development & other time spent. If you choose not to use our service after the initial meeting, you will only be charged a flat $50 fee. If you do choose to go with our service at the end of the initial meeting you will be required to sign our investment company contract & pay a $200 initial payment. This initial payment is basically your first 4 hours of work. Once we have all of the information developed & have sent communications to our potential investors we will invoice you for the remaining amount, should it be over $200. For each investor who loans you money we will receive 5% of the initial investment. We place all of the amounts you need to pay on the site to give the investors complete transparency into how this process works & show
